We are currently looking for fulltime Chef De Partie for our client based in Rye. This role will be either temp to perm or perm for the right applicant
Food and drink is very much at the heart of their business and helps set them aside from other UK hotels.
In the kitchen, they source the best local ingredients they can find and always sourcing according to season when available.
The bar, is frequented by hotel guests and locals alike and serves a wide selection of wines (with a healthy representation from English vineyards), real ales, draught cider and continental beers.
The Ideal Candidate:
Must have experience of working within a busy kitchen environment, training given but will be required to hit the ground running.
Must have experience of and used to working with fresh ingredients.
Willingness to learn and really become part of the team
Be prepared to take a 1 – 2 hour trial
£8.50 per hour
